The first Superformance built GT40/R in the United States, chassis number P/2090 in British Racing Green/ Yellowracing colors, will be competing at the US Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International Raceway. The event is scheduled for September 10-13 in Watkins Glen, New York. Dennis Olthoff, of Olthoff Racing, is looking to build on his GT40 wins at Road America as the driver of P/2090 at the Glen. Anyone interested in learning more about the most exciting new SVRA and HSR racer – the GT40/R – is encouraged to drop by the paddock and talk with the Pathfinder Motorsports team. There will be no better chance to crawl around and inspect the most authentic GT40 racer ever built since 1967!
